Essential oils are a great addition to yoga and meditation because they can enhance concentration and focus, inner peace and wellbeing, and/or uplift and energize.
In this workshop, you will learn the benefits and contraindications for using essential oils in your practice, as well as some common blends to energize, cool and restore.
The second half of the workshop will consist of a 60-minute Vinyasa Flow with a tridoshic essential oil blend. We will finish with pranayama (breathing practice) and an extended savasana/guided meditation. All levels of practitioner are welcome and modifications will be offered as needed.
