I discovered yoga through a general education requirement in college. While resting in savasana, a feeling of calm and peace flooded through me, and left me wanting more. Yoga and meditation has helped me manage anxiety, panic attacks, and depression. I obtained my 500 hour certification through Yoga Alliance to learn more about this ancient practice, and how it can be applied to our modern times.
I am also certified in the I AM method of Yoga Nidra through the Amrit Yoga Institute.
My style of teaching is Hatha / Vinyasa, and I offer breath-focused, alignment based classes which are suitable for all levels. My intention is to have students leave feeling relaxed, renewed and rejuvenated.
